Accidental Aesthetics was a conceptual design process driven by the search of serendipity: the accidental finding of meaningfulness and beauty. Inspired by 1800’s glass plate photography and the sea, the collection evolved into a poetic study of the design process itself.

The zero waste pattern design process was driven by abstract shapes of seaweed. Rust dyeing was an uncontrollable way to create patterns and give accidental aesthetics a chance to happen.

silent spring

What will a spring look like in 2034?
What if there won’t be a summer after spring?

Silent Spring was inspired by cold springs, the dystopian climate change theories and the mass deaths of bees. This zero waste collection was designed to fit different sized bodies.
